Paula R. Holznagel, age 62, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 400 block of East First Street, on December 29th at 9:24 A.M., for a Lee County Domestic
Battery Warrant. Holznagel was processed and transported to the Lee County Jail.
Dominique A. DeJesus, age 53, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 block of South Hennepin Avenue, on December 29th, at 11:21 A.M., for Unlawful
Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. DeJesus was processed and released with a pending court date.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
