Jacob A. Jones, age 30, of Franklin Grove, Illinois, was arrested in the 1100 block of South Peoria Avenue on December 7th, at 8:30 PM., for Failure to Appear
Warrants out of Lee County, Whiteside County, Dekalb County, and Ogle County. Jones was transported to the Lee County Jail.
Charles C. Price, age 41, of Franklin Grove, Illinois, was arrested in the 1100 block of South Peoria Avenue on December 7th, at 8:30 PM., for Retail Theft
Subsequent, Retail Theft, and Warrants for Failure to Appear out of Lee County, Whiteside County, and Ogle County. Price was transported to the Lee County Jail.
Terry C. Bennett, age 77, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 400 block of First Avenue on December 5th, at 9:15 AM., for a Lee County Failure to Appear
Warrant. Bennett posted bond and was released with a pending court date.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
