Phillip J. Hall, age 40, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 400 block of WestSecond Street on February 13th, at 4:46 PM., for a Lee County Failure to
Appear Warrant and a Whiteside County Failure to Appear Warrant. Hall was taken to the Lee County Jail.
Miguel A. Astudillo, age 29, of Rochelle, Illinois, was arrested in the 1600 block of South Galena Avenue on February 14th, at 1:36 AM., for Driving Under
the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol above 0.08, Improper Traffic Lane Usage, and Speeding. Astudillo was processed and released with a pending court date.
Deanna G. Suter, age 39, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 400 block of South Hennepin Avenue on February 14th, at 10:15 PM., for a Lee County Failure
to Appear Warrant. Suter posted bond and was released with a pending court date.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
