James F. Barnett, age 34, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1100 block of Highland Avenue on February 3rd, at 12:31 AM., for a Lee County Arrest Warrant. Barnett was processed and released with a court date.
Shante T. Monroe, age 33, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1600 block of South Galena Avenue on February 3rd, at 8:19 PM., for a Warrant out of Lee
County for Use of an Account With Intent to Defraud, Theft, and Possession of Another’s Credit, Debit, or Identification Card. Monroe was taken to the Lee
County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
