Jessica C. Engelkens, age 41, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 300 block of West First Street on February 7th, at 1:44 AM., for an Ogle County Failure to Appear Warrant and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance. Engelkens
was taken to the Lee County Jail.
Izaias J. Chaidez, age 24, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 800 block of Sixth Avenue February 8th, at 3:55 AM., for Driving Under the Influence, Fleeing/Attempt elude Officer, Improper Traffic Lane Usage. Izaias was processed and released with a Notice to Appear.
Christine M. Lee, age 55, of Mendota, Illinois, was arrested in the 300 block of West 3rd Street on February 9th, at 2:55 AM., for Driving on a Suspended Driver’s License. Lee was processed and released with a Notice to Appear.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
