Breanna Mekemson, age 27, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 100 block of Plaza Drive on January 28th, at 10:13 PM., for Retail Theft and Theft Subsequent Offense both being a Class 4 Felony. Mekemson was issued a court date and released.
Tiesha Pitchford, age 41, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 2100 Block of Cummins Street, on January 28th, at 2:30 AM., for a Lee County Failure to Appear Warrant. Pitchford was issued a new court date a released.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
