Whitney A Shumaker, age 38, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 block of West Everett Street on March 21st, at 7:33 PM., for a Lee County Failure to Appear Warrant. Shumaker was taken to the Lee County Jail.
James S. Cook, age 30, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 600 block of Moss Place on March 21st, at 4:13 PM., for a Lee County Failure to Appear Warrant. Cook posted bond and was released with a Notice to Appear.
Christopher L. Lindsley, age 42, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 300 block of Custer Avenue on March 21st, 2026, at 2:30 AM., for an Lee County Failure to Appear warrant and Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer. Lindsley was cited and released with pending court dates.
