Kailla McGlown, age 27, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 2100 block of Cummins Street on March 29th, at 7:38 PM., for a Lee County Failure to Pay or Appear Warrant. McGlown posted bond and was released with a Notice to Appear.
Ritik Kumar, age 23, of Wheeling, Illinois, was arrested in the 100 block of South Galena Avenue on March 29th, at 10:52 PM., for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Kumar was released with a Notice to Appear.
Elizabeth J. Ratliff, age 36, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 700 block of East Seventh Street on March 28th, at 11:04 P.M., for a Williamson County Warrant for Failure to Appear, and for Driving While License Suspended. Ratliff was transported to the Lee County Jail.
Wyatt J. Hoffman, age 18, of Oregon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1600 block of South Galena Avenue on March 27th , at 10:04 PM., for Driving While License Suspended, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Transportation or Possession of Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle. Hoffman was processed and released with a pending court date.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
