Sterling Police have reported a series of recent arrests. Mathew Wells of Morrison was taken into custody for allegedly violating an order of protection. In a separate incident, Christopher Spitzer of Sterling is facing charges of retail theft as well as possession of methamphetamine. Authorities also arrested Javon Coleman and Alisha White, both residents of Sterling, on outstanding warrants. Meanwhile, Jennifer Rockwell has been issued a notice to appear in court related to a warrant.
All are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
