Sterling Police Report for June 19th
Sterling Police report several arrests following traffic stops and warrant enforcement this week. Authorities say a 66-year-oldKenneth G. Kradle of Chadwick was cited for allegedly operating an uninsured vehicle. In a separate stop, Jamie M. Trunko a Polo resident was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
Police also took a Rock Falls man into custody, Donald E. Richards on an outstanding contempt warrant; he was transported to the Lee County Jail. Officials have not released additional details on the circumstances surrounding the cases.
The arrests highlight continued local enforcement efforts on area roadways and outstanding warrants across the Sterling region.
All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
