    IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms are expected across the watch area today, and again tonight into Sunday morning. Very high rainfall rates of 2 inches or greater in a short time are possible, which could lead to flash flooding particularly in urban areas. In addition, with the potential for repeated rounds of storms, some locations could receive 2 to 4 inches of rain with locally higher amounts possible. With saturated soils from previous rainfall, these rainfall rates and rainfall amounts will lead to an increased risk for flash flooding.

In Schuyler County, Sheriff Bill Redshaw has released the report for the week of November 18th to November 25th. Nov 19 Andrew Weinmann of Rushville was arrested on a Schuyler Co No Bond Warrant, Weinmann was later released on the Schuyler Co and transferred to Fulton Co Jail on a Fulton Co Warrant.

Nov 20 Dillon Ambrose of Macomb was cited for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle & Speeding 80mph in a 55mph zone. Nov 21 Vadi Batumba Watshenia of Rushville was arrested on a Schuyler Co Warrant, Watshenia was later released. Nov 22 A report of a stolen tandem axle car trailer from a residence on RT 103. Nov 23 Sarah Holmes-Lehman of Ipava was cited for Driving While License Suspended.

Nov 24 Hector Covis of Beardstown was cited for Suspended Registration Joe Fields of Stevens Point, WI was cited for Speeding 80mph in a 55mph zone & Driving While License Revoked. Nov 25 Mutombo Fanny Kapinga of Rushville was cited for Speeding 80mph in a 55mph zone
