Scott A. Beggerow, 40, from Rock Falls was detained on an IDOC warrant. Dustin D. Lindsley, 37, from Sterling was charged with resisting a peace officer. Lastly, Christopher Lindsley, 46, also from Sterling was charged for disobeying a traffic control device.
All are considered innocent until proven guilty.
