On Sunday, March 24th, Sterling Officers conducted two traffic stops leading to multiple charges. Brandon J. Carter of Harmon, faces accusations including operating uninsured vehicle, driving with expired and suspended license, and resisting peace officers.
Jalen T. Ruffin of Sterling, Driving with suspended license. Both are due to appear in court at a later date.
All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
