On Wednesday March 20th, the Sterling Police Department received a report from a 23–year–old female reporting physical contact of an unwanted and provoking nature by her supervisor while at work.
Upon further investigation, the Sterling Police Department arrested Shao W Wei, a 55 year- old–male of Sterling, for Aggravated Battery (Class 3 Felony).
Wei was transported to the Sterling Department and released with a notice to appear pursuant to the SAFE–T Act.
Charges listed above are accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty
