In Schuyler County, the sheriff’s weekly report highlights several traffic-related incidents. Authorities responded to numerous collisions involving deer across the region, with no reported injuries. Two drivers, Curtis Criggley of Macomb and Ross Lero of Warsaw, were both cited for excessive speeding, clocked at 80 miles per hour in a 55 zone.
Arrests were made for outstanding failure to appear warrants, but individuals were later released. Additional citations included driving with a revoked license, operating uninsured vehicles, and traffic violations. Residents are urged to drive cautiously, especially with Halloween approaching and increased pedestrian activity expected. All listed individuals remain presumed innocent.
