Schuyler County Sheriff’s Report for June 2nd
Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports a number of incidents for the week of May 25th through June 1st. Arrests include Michael Rohn of Griggsville on a no bond warrant, who was later released, and Curtis Brown of Frederick, who remains in custody on a no bond warrant.
Several individuals received citations for speeding, including motorists from Beardstown, Rushville, Macomb, and Nashville, with speeds ranging from 74 to 79 miles per hour in a 55 mph zone. Two drivers struck deer on local highways. The sheriff’s office recorded 11 warnings, three motorist assists, and patrolled 3,801 miles. Tornado sirens will activate during warnings—seek shelter immediately.
