The Annawan boys basketball team earned a solid victory over United on Tuesday night, 67 to 51. Mason Heitzler led the way for Annawan, scoring 17 points. Brody Childs backed up Heitzler with 13 points while Tyler Palanos added 11 and Gabe Sims and Brady Heitzler added 10 a piece. Annawan’s defense held United to 7 points in the first quarter and 22 points in total in the first half. That lead never let up as Annawan went on to win.
