The Annawan boys basketball team defeated Galva on Tuesday night. In a low scoring affair where Annawan’s leading scorer scored under double digits, defense was the star as Annawan picked up the 58 to 23 victory. Four Annawan players each scored 8 points in the win while Tyler Palanos led the scoring for Annawan with 9 points. With the win, Annawan is now 9 and 13 on the season. They play next on Friday night at 7 Pm against Ridgewood. Galva falls to 1 and 23 on the year.
