Students entering Pre-K, Kindergarten, 6th grade, and 9th grade, as well as any student new to the state of Illinois, are required to submit a ๐ฉ๐ก๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ by the first day of school.
๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ฌ๐ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ๐: If these documents are not submitted by the first day of school, your child will not be allowed to attend until the required paperwork is turned in.
