The bowling competitions have started and the season opener is the Rock Island Invitational held at Highland Park Bowl in Moline, IL. The teams bowled a total of 6 games (3 in the morning, a lunch break, and 3 in the afternoon. It was an interesting tournament for us here at Kewanee High School as we have quite a few new athletes that have joined us. They were put to the test today as they competed at the varsity and junior varsity level. It was exciting to see the results of these athletes’ hard work and dedication in practice. In addition to the overall results, I have also included individual team highlights.
