“Kewanee Central 8th grade girls are your Prairieland Conference 2023 Champions. After earning Runner-up last year as 7th graders, they were on a mission this season. This is one of the most hardworking, dedicated track athletes I have ever coached. These girls are focused, determined, and work and think like a team. 3A Sectionals is Saturday, May 13 at Orion, where several are hopeful to earn a spot to compete at the IESA State Track and Field Championship.”
