    ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 10.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 12.8 feet Tuesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
    PRECAUTIONS
    Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The next statement will be issued by Monday evening at 845 PM CDT.

The Kewanee Girls Basketball team ran into a buzzsaw on Monday night against the top ranked team from Peoria Notre Dame. The loss brought an end to the season for the Boiler Girls and while it was not the most ideal end to the season, Coach Nick Christakos found a number of positive things to say about his team and their effort all season long.
