Western Illinois University Athletics has proudly announced their 2024 Hall of Fame inductees. This year’s class includes notable athletes Monzel Jackson, Rich Lafnitzegger, Frisman Jackson, Jennifer Alexander, and the celebrated 1978 Women’s Field Hockey team.
The induction ceremony is slated for Friday, October 18th, with a special recognition during the football game against Tennessee Tech the following day. Each inductee has left a significant mark on their sports, from Monzel Jackson’s record-breaking rebounds in basketball to Rich Lafnitzegger’s All-American achievements in wrestling.
