The Kewanee Boilermakers traveled to Macomb on Saturday to take on the Macomb Bombers. Despite a valiant effort from Jaiden Little who led the Boilers with 13 points and 12 points from Brady Clark, the Boilers came up short, 58 to 45. Blaise Lewis and Cantrelle Reed added 8 for the Boilers in the losing effort. Langdon Allen led the Bombers with 17 points. Macomb outscored Kewanee 20 to 10 in the fourth quarter to seal the win. Kewanee dropped to 4 and 4 with the loss while Macomb moved to 5 and 1 with the win. Kewanee is now off until Friday when they travel to play Illinois Valley Central.
