Davenport, Iowa’s Modern Woodmen Park is once again in the running for ‘Best Minor League Ballpark’ as part of the USA TODAY 10Best 2024 Readers’ Choice Awards. This esteemed ballpark, home to the Quad Cities River Bandits, was selected by a panel of editors and industry experts. The Park won top spot in 2014 and is keen to defend its title. ‘We’ve added unique features like a double-decker carousel and a 110-foot-tall Ferris wheel, upgrading this ballpark even further,’ says River Bandits owner Dave Heller. Voting is open to the public until March 11. Built in 1931, Modern Woodmen Park is the fourth-oldest ballpark in Minor League Baseball and continually offers outstanding fan experiences.
