“Very nice to win this meet after so many years.. We were still missing a couple of people and I really didn’t know what to expect as several had been gone a week for Spring break. In fact, I wasn’t paying any attention at all to the team standings. I was just very pleased with our efforts and some of the outstanding performances that we had. We were actually a couple of miles outside of Spring Valley on our way home when I looked at the team standings on Athletic.net and saw that we had won. We then turned around to go back and pick up our plaque. I must have already been looking ahead to our Ferris Invitational. Oh well, there’s a first time for everything.” Pat Hodge-Princeton Coach
