Week 7 of our Spring Sports show, The Boiler Shop, featuring the voice of the Kewanee Boilermakers Russ Hughes. This week, Russ and Sean recapped the week’s worth of Baseball and Softball action. We looked at the latest results from Kewanee boys and girls track. And, this week, Russ traveled to Chicago to attend the Chicago Bears draft party where he celebrated the Bears’ number one overall draft pick Caleb Williams. Speaking of the NFL Draft, over the weekend former Orion Football star Logan Lee was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers. Before we knew where Logan was headed, Russ reflected on getting to see Logan play for the Orion Chargers on his way to the Iowa Hawkeyes.
