Doubet was transported to the Knox County Jail, where she is detained awaiting a detention hearing.  The press release gave few details, including whether this case is related to Oglesby.

“Knox County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank Interim States Attorney Weaver and Assistant States Attorney Worby for their commitment to seek justice for Richard Young.”

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On October 7, 2022, the Knox County Sheriff’s Office responded to a storage unit in Maquon for reports of a suspicious smell. A body was found in a box in a storage unit rented to Marcy Oglesby; the body was later determined to be Richard Young. Marcy Oglesby was arrested and charged with concealment of a death. Additional charges, including murder, were added months later. The defense filed a motion to dismiss numerous charges, including the murder charge, and was granted the motion to dismiss five of the nine charges against her.
