Residents of Atkinson are invited to showcase their Halloween spirit in the upcoming Outdoor Decorating Contest. From October 26th to 29th, judges will tour the village to select the top two most festively decorated homes. First place wins a $100 gift certificate, with second place receiving a $50 gift certificate. To participate, please register your address with the Village Office.
