Authorities have yet to determine the cause of the service disruption or provide an estimated time for resolution. If you find yourself in an emergency and cannot connect to 911, you are advised to directly call the Henry County Sheriff’s Office 911 Center at 309-937-3911. Alternatively, you can reach the Kewanee Police and Fire Department 911 Center at 309-853-1911. Residents are encouraged to keep these alternative numbers handy until the issue is resolved.
