17-year-old Harrison Webb has been charged as an adult with four felonies, including attempted murder. Last Wednesday, officials rushed to the scene after a shooting report at Pizza Ranch, arriving to find patrons and staff either fled or barricaded.
The victim, another 17-year-old employee, survived a gunshot wound to the neck. Authorities confirmed that Webb had fled the scene before their arrival. Webb has his initial court appearance today, Thursday, in Whiteside County.
