Black Hawk College Moline Campus is offering an innovative leadership training series, “Turning Chance Into Change,” aimed at enhancing leadership skills across various professional domains. This six-session program promises interactive learning experiences with seasoned leaders and immediate applicability in any workplace. Sessions run on Fridays, from 8 AM to noon, from January to May, covering critical topics such as effective communication, authentic leadership principles, and coaching techniques. Interested individuals should note the program’s cost is $2,370, with potential grant funding available. With limited spaces, early registration is advised.
