Wethersfield High School Student Council and Future Farmers of America are spreading holiday cheer with a festive community meal today, December 8, 2024. From 11 AM to 2 PM, attendees can enjoy a free feast of turkey, ham, and mashed potatoes, along with other holiday favorites. Leah Franklin, a student council member, noted they are expecting to cater to around 100 people, including those needing meal deliveries. There are about 70 students involved in hosting and serving the meal, This event, alternating annually with the Wethersfield Holiday Festival, is a cherished opportunity for community members to come together in the spirit of generosity and celebration.
