The University of Illinois Extension is offering certification tests for pesticide applicators in winter 2025 across multiple counties. Sessions are organized with the Illinois Department of Agriculture and require pre-registration—no walk-ins. Attendees must bring a simple function calculator; smart devices are prohibited.
There is no charge for the testing. Manuals and workbooks can be purchased online or at local Extension offices. Extension offices are located in Princeton, Ottawa, and Henry. Registration is available online through IDOA; visit go.illinois.edu/BLMPAg for more information.
If you need accommodations to participate, please contact Emily Hansen at [email protected] or 815-224-0896. Early requests are strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time to meet your access needs.
