Thanks to Donna Ericson spotting Hooch running on Highway 17 today and his human parents following his paw prints for over two hours, Hooch is home! Donna contacted me to let William and Kristina know that she spotted Hooch and was keeping an eye on him. Hooch was running on Highway 17 a little north of Farmgate when he left the road into a field. Kristina and William immediately drove to the area and began looking for Hooch. After more than two hours of following his paw prints, they found Hooch. He was hungry and tired but otherwise safe and healthy back at home.
Kristina posted this on Facebook: “Update:A post I have been praying to make…HOOCH IS HOME!!!
There was a sighting around 3 pm today south of Galva and after tracking his paw prints through a snowy cornfield for 2 1/2 hours…WE FOUND OUR BOY!!! He’s hungry and very tired, but he’s no longer cold!!! Thank you to everyone for looking, sharing our posts, and for all of the prayers!!! God is GOOD!!!”
William said, “Thank you to everyone! Our communities truly showed their compassion and we are forever greatful!”
