Illinois Valley Community College’s softball team is set to host its 26th annual Eagles Softball Clinic on February 15th and 16th. The event, aimed at grade school and junior high students, will feature instruction in various softball skills. There are two sessions each day, and the clinic costs $40 for both days and $25 for only one day. On Saturday, grades 2-4 will meet from 8 to 10:30 AM, and grades 5-8 will meet from 11:30 AM. until 2 PM. On Sunday, grades 2-4 will meet from 10 AM to 12:30 PM, and grades 5-8 will meet from 1:30 to 4 PM. The $40 clinic fee covers five hours of instruction and a t-shirt.
All players should bring a glove and tennis shoes (no spikes or cleats allowed). Players can bring their bats. Please ensure all items have the player’s name on them for identification purposes.
