From the National Weather Service of the Quad Cities: Light freezing rain/drizzle will impact much of the area Wednesday into Wednesday night. A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for the entire area from 9 AM to 9 PM Wednesday. Icing on roads and sidewalks is expected, which will make both driving and walking difficult!
Isolated thunderstorms are possible, especially south of I-80, during the evening which may enhance ice totals over a tenth of an inch.
