The Geneseo Art League and Gallery is calling all artists and photographers to showcase their work in the second annual Art the Canal exhibit. Running from April 9 to 26, 2025, this event highlights the rich history and vibrant wildlife of the Hennepin Canal. Submissions must reflect canal-themed inspiration, with a $25 entry fee per piece. Artists can drop off their work March 26th-29th between 10 AM and 3 PM; the submission deadline is 3 PM on March 29th at the gallery located at 125 North State Street in Geneseo, Illinois. Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a celebration of art and local heritage! Voting runs from April 9th until the conclusion of the Art Walk on April 26th at 3 PM.
