Free Country Music Concerts at Black Hawk College Celebrate Black History Month

Get ready to tap your boots and sway to the rhythm! Black Hawk College is hosting two free country music performances by The Chan Band on February 27th and 28th. This lively group will bring their mix of classic and modern country hits to both the East Campus in Galva and the Quad-Cities Campus in Moline. Shows run from 11 AM to 1 PM, and attendees can enjoy complimentary soul food while supplies last. These performances are part of the college’s Black History Month celebration, featuring Chloe Hoecker alongside bandleader Chan Newell. Don’t miss this toe-tapping, soulful experience!
