In 2021, suicide was the second leading cause of death among individuals aged 10 to 14 and the third leading cause for those aged 15 to 24. The Henry County Health Department will host a mental health and suicide prevention event featuring guest speaker Stephen Martell on February 18, 2025, from 5:30 to 6:30 PM at Wethersfield Jr/Sr High School.
