ROWVA Triumphs at Lincoln Trail Scholastic Bowl with Top Individual Scorer Logan Washburn

The Lincoln Trail Conference Scholastic Bowl Meet concluded at Black Hawk College’s East Campus, showcasing keen intellect through competitive spirit. Among the 72 contenders, Logan Washburn from ROWVA High School emerged as the leading scorer. Teams battled across subjects like history and science, with ROWVA High School clinching the title of Conference Champions. Annawan and Bureau Valley took second and third, respectively, while Princeville High secured the fourth spot. Faculty members Andrew Mansheim and Georgjean Pitsoulakis orchestrated this brainy affair, bringing together a confluence of talent from schools like Galva, AlWood, and Monmouth United for a day of educational excellence. Abingdon-Avon, AlWood, Cambridge, Galva, Knoxville, Monmouth United, and Wethersfield also participated in the event.

The top 10 individual scorers were:
