The Kewanee Schools Foundation is set to host a magical evening with a Disney Spectacular concert by the Kewanee High School Symphonic Band. Scheduled for March 1st at 6:30 PM in the Petersen Auditorium, the event promises a delightful lineup of music from beloved Disney films. The Kewanee Schools Foundation is hosting ‘An Evening with the Great Gatsby’ on April 12, 2025, at the Midland Golf Club. Celebrating 35 years of supporting the Kewanee Community Unit School District, the event aims to raise $25,000 for the Outdoor Fitness Court and the Foundation’s Unrestricted Fund. The Kewanee Schools Foundation provides tuition assistance for teachers in the Kewanee School District to earn their Masters Degrees. Once teachers receive a Masters Degree, their classes qualify as dual-credit courses for students.
