Kiwanis Club of Kewanee Welcomes New Members and Celebrates Aktion Club Achievements

The Kewanee Kiwanis Club’s recent meeting highlighted the inspiring work of the Aktion Club at Abilities Plus. Club leaders President Kelly Mulcahy, Vice President Roxann Barnes, Treasurer Chuck Nelson, and Secretary Michael Phelps shared their service projects and discussed their commitment to community service. Cherri Dolieslager and Julie Landwehr provide guidance as club advisors. An exciting moment during the meeting was the induction of three new members: Obery Blumenshine, Mark, and Mary Ebert, bringing fresh enthusiasm to the Kiwanis family. The Aktion Club is currently seeking donations of like-new items for the Abilities Plus resale shop, supporting their ongoing efforts. The Abilities Plus Resale Shop is located at 310 N. Main Street in Kewanee.
