The LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office announced results from its St. Patrick’s Day DUI enforcement effort. Officers made one DUI arrest and issued citations for various offenses, including speeding, no insurance, and expired registration. Sheriff Adam Diss emphasized that the campaign aims to save lives through strict enforcement of traffic laws. “We strongly enforce traffic laws for one reason – to save lives,” said Sheriff Adam Diss.

Other citations (2) Expired Registration, (4) Speeding, (5) No Insurance, (1) Driving While License Revoked, (1) Illegal Transportation of Alcohol (Driver), (1) Disobeying Stop Sign, (1) Disregarding Traffic Control Light, (1) Failure to Signal When Required, (1) and Improper Lane Usage.
