The daughter of John and Jessica Kuelper, members of the Knox County Farm Bureau, Clara is majoring in Agricultural Consumer Economics with a concentration in Public Policy and Law. The scholarship recognizes her academic achievements and commitment to agriculture. Clara plans to pursue a career in agricultural law, aiming to advocate for farm families and rural communities. The O’Connor Family Scholarship is designed to support students like Clara who are dedicated to the future of Illinois agriculture.
