Illinois Extension is inviting locals to a series of hands-on classes focused on creating nutritious summer charcuterie boards. Held in the communities of Peru, Sheridan, and Princeton, the sessions will be led by Nutrition and Wellness Educator Susan Glassman. Participants can expect expert tips on selecting healthy ingredients and discover new recipes to enhance their summer gatherings. The classes aim to make classic charcuterie both delicious and wholesome. Interested individuals need to register in advance, and special accommodations are available for those who request them.
Building Your Own Healthy Summer Charcuterie Board classes are offered at:
