Live music returns to Veterans Park this summer as the Kewanee Chamber of Commerce launches its 29th annual Concert in the Park Series. Starting June 19, 2025, attendees can enjoy a different band every Thursday through August 21st. The Jim Markum Swing Band opens the season, followed by a diverse lineup including the Kewanee Community Band and other local favorites. Admission is free, and the Kewanee FFA Food Tent will be open from 5 PM, offering refreshments for all ages. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and soak up the music, shade, and welcoming atmosphere all summer long.
