The newly renovated Building 2 at the Quad Cities Campus is opening its doors this Saturday, September 20. The 66,000-square-foot facility, now home to career and technical education programs, features a new welding lab, fabrication lab, and expanded student areas. The ribbon-cutting ceremony begins at 11 AM, followed by building tours, live music, and lunch. Visitors can explore 11 classrooms, 8 labs, group study spaces, and a wide range of programs, including cybersecurity, computer-aided design and drafting, engineering technology, an esports facility, and more.
