Jodie Criswell, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Hammond-Henry Hospital in Geneseo, has been recognized among the top 38 rural hospital and health system CFOs to know, per Becker’s Healthcare. As the only CFO honoree from Illinois, Criswell’s leadership has guided the hospital to consistently achieve top-tier CMS patient experience ratings. Her role encompasses cost reporting, managed care negotiations, and leading the transition to the Epic electronic medical record system. Since joining in 2011, she has also served as Interim CEO, transforming financial operations for patients and families.
