Memorial Hospital is hosting community health screenings on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The event will take place at the Health & Wellness Center Conference Room in Carthage, located at 1454 N. County Road 2050. For $25 per registrant, participants will receive vital preventive services—including A1c testing, lipid panel, body composition analysis, vision, and hearing screenings. Each attendee will also enjoy a complimentary breakfast at the Courtyard Café after the screening. Fasting for 10–12 hours before testing is encouraged for accurate results.
